At Human Made Signs & Murals, we offer a full range of hand-painted signs and murals for your business or home. From concept to creation, we work with you to bring your ideas to life by creating designs that draw customers to your business yet is representative of your brand.

Our process starts with a Questionnaire. Please fill out and email to tyler@humanmadesigns.com. Once we have the basic information we typically like to set up a meeting and do a site visit to learn more about you, the business, your vision and to confirm the space to be painted. From there, we will work on a quote for you based on size, design complexity, number of colors, type of paint, type of surface, the need for a lift or other equipment, and travel/lodging expenses. In most cases the design will need to be drafted first. Most existing businesses may have a logo or name that is in a vectored file (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG); if this is the case for you the design fee is significantly reduced unless it is to be drastically altered. Businesses without acceptable file formats or no design will be charged our typical design fee. Once the design is completed it will be presented in a PDF by itself and also overlayed onto the proposed area for the sign. The design fee includes the initial design plus two revisions, it is due before any design work begins and in most cases is seperate from the signage quote.

After finalizing the design and approving the quote for the sign or mural, we will send an invoice, at which point a 50% deposit is required. Once paid, we can solidify a date to perform the work and it also allows us to purchase the materials needed for your sign: paint, patterns, lifts, or other equipment etc. We will work with you on logistics and any questions or concerns you may have along the way. By the end of the project you will have a new sign showcasing your business or home!

Basic Pricing:

Design Fee- $300-$600/ sign or mural

Painting- $10-$60/ sqft based on the aforementioned information

For smaller or one off projects we may charge our daily rate of $600/ day
